OZ-180W Real-Time Dissolved Ozone Detection System for Industrial Water Treatment
The OZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer is a UV photometer that directly measures the ozone content of ultrapure water or constant turbidity water. The customizable version OZ-180W-HF can be used for 20% hf acid ozone aqueous solution. The materials in contact with ozone water are: PTFE, FFPM, PFA and quartz or sapphire. The OZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer has a water inlet and outlet and is equipped with a touch screen operation interface. The output is directly connected to the PLC with 4-20mA and RS-485 signal lines.
The OZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer has an automatic adjustment system with a UV light source, which can adjust the brightness of the UV LED light source in real time according to the reference light data and keep the zero point data constant to ensure the stability of the zero point. It is a patented invention product of our company. This ozone analyzer can run continuously for 24 hours without stopping. The superior stability of this ozone concentration analyzer is achieved by using a true dual-beam optical system with an extremely long-life UV LED light source.
Test method: dual-path ultraviolet absorption method, long-life light source system, high measurement accuracy.
Measurement principle: Based on the Lambert-Beer law, accurate measurement is performed through the principle of photometric absorption.
Measuring range: 0-20ppm; 0-50ppm; 0-100ppm; 0-120ppm; 0-180ppm; 0-200ppm.
Light source system: foreign long-life ultraviolet light source system (wavelength 253.7nm), free warranty for 3 years.
Usage: indoor installation and use, equipped with waterproof aviation plug terminal.
Light pool system: separate light pool technology, no leakage, high pressure resistance, and resistance to large flow sampling liquid impact.
Intelligent compensation: with automatic zero adjustment and automatic light source compensation function.
Operation method: manual zero calibration is available. When zeroing, make sure that there is no ozone aqueous solution in the instrument.
Display unit: mg/L, ppm optional.
Data display: high-definition color touch screen.
Output function: 4-20mA, RS485 communication.
