The Paddle Homogenizer, also known as a sterile homogenizer, allows for the direct extraction of bacteria from solid samples. Simply add the original sample (large ones need to be cut into pieces of about 10 x 10mm) and the dilution solution into a sterile sample bag, and then place the bag into the beat homogenizer, which is then processed through the beating and hammering of the blades to generate pressure, cause oscillations, and accelerate mixing to achieve a homogeneous distribution of the microbial components in the solution. The homogenized sample effectively separates microorganisms contained within and on the surface of the solid sample, ensuring that the entire sample is mixed in the sterile bag. The homogenized sample can be used as a representative sample for subsequent analysis without the risk of sample variability and cross-contamination.
