Product Description

FTSP sampling probe consists of the following components:

1. Ceramic Sampling Probe

2. 0.3µm Ni-Titanium filter, 140mm length

3. 20 meters electric heating system to ensure probe temperature at 180 degrees C

4. DN65, DN6 flange installation

Sampling Probe

Sample gas goes through from the probe rod, through 0.3 to 0.5 µm particle filter, a

large amount of dust blocked outside the filter, to ensure that clean gas into the

sampling pipeline, electric heating pipe to keep the gas temperature at 180 degrees

C, to ensure that water in the vapor state, will not react with pollutants SO2, HCl and

other acid and corrosion equipment. The sampling probe has an anti-blowing system,

which is regularly controlled by PLC to blow dust back into the flue pipe, ensuring

the smooth flow of the sampling line

 

Product Feature

l Full high temperature for applications where gas composition and gas characteristics are complex, max to 2000 degrees C.
l Using UV-DOAS and infrared technology, the measurement range is wide, the sensitivity is high, and the scanning speed is fast.
l Automatic water interference compensation, to ensure that HCL, HF and other special parameters measurement accurate
l The system is well-extended and measures for multi gases
l Use N2 or clean compressed air to correct zero points, no need for range gas, maintenance costs and maintenance is small
l Two-stage high-efficiency condensation and dehumid ification system, the dew point of the gas will be stably controlled at 4 ºC or 5 ºC , automatic drainage
l The sample gas passes through a tar filter to remove residual tar and dust.
l The human-machine interface is friendly and all necessary actions can be set and changed by touching the display, the system is window7.
l Various data transmission methods, 4-20mA, RS485, wireless transmission, network transmission, etc.
