Milk Pasteurizer
Working principle
The principle is that within a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the slower the bacteria multiply; the higher the temperature, the faster they multiply. However, if the temperature is too high, the bacteria will die. Different bacteria have different temperatures and heat and cold tolerances.
Pasteurisation is in fact the use of pathogens are not very heat-resistant characteristics, with the appropriate temperature and holding time treatment, will kill all of them. However, after pasteurisation, a small proportion of harmless or beneficial, more heat-resistant bacteria and bacterial spores are still retained.
